About Us

Florida Executive Property Services is a company established to provide a professional level of service to its owners, tenants, and vendors, and to promote through the example of everday conduct our belief that following the "Golden Rule" is the best and most proper way to conduct our business practices, thus earning the trust, friendship, and repeat business of our clients as well as the respect of our peers.  

Our team is comprised of seven individuals: Irene Ocasio, Jenny Shepherd, Shannon Loyd, James Clark, Christy Laramay, Michelle Weinhold, and Doug Loyd.

Irene Ocasio

Irene is our Property Manager. She has also been an agent with Florida Executive Realty for 9 years. She brings experience, knowledge and being bilingual enables us to better communicate with the Spanish speaking community.

Jenny Shepherd

Jennifer is our Property Administrator. She grew up in Tampa and has a background in education. She brings creativity and levity in overseeing the day to day functions of the properties including lease renewals and work orders.

Shannon Loyd

Shannon is our Property Assistant maintaining our office files and programs. Her skills learned while attending the  University of Tampa, have allowed her to bring organization dedication to her job.

James Clark 

Christy Laramay

Christy is our Leasing Specialist. She has been in real estate for 3 years and recently joined our team. She is very knowledgeable about Tampa and the surrounding areas and excels in matching tenants to the home that best suits their needs and desires.
